Dr. Nnaemeka Ewelukwa is an alumnus of Queen Mary University London and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) where he holds a Law and LLM respectively. Also, a graduate of the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka (LLB), until his appointment, Dr. Ewelukwa was the pioneer General Counsel and Company Secretary of NBET for 9 years; a position he held diligently and overseeing negotiations in power purchase agreements and vesting contracts towards ensuring quality, available and affordable electricity for the Nigeria Electricity Market. Dr. Ewelukwa has over 25 years of professional experience spanning public, private and academia service in and around the world. He has authored books and articles on Power Purchase Agreement and Negotiations in the Electricity Market.
